ICS 201 Form Notepad
These ICS 201 pads are a must for a "Go Kit" or in your vehicles to be used as a tool for the initial response of an incident. These easy to use pads will help the user to document a map/sketch of the incident, incident objectives and summary of current or planned actions, the initial response organization, incident resources that have arrived or ordered, and an initial analysis of potential safety hazards and mitigations.
These pads have carbon sheets that allows the on-site personnel to send critical information to the oncoming incident commander, agencies, and for documentation. You may also use these sheets to post the information on a situational status display to ensure all arriving personnel can review and gather situational awareness.
Each pad includes two sets of the following:
- A section where they can document notes;
- ICS 201 Incident Briefing Forms (Map Sketch, Incident Objectives and Summary of Current or Planned Action, Initial ICS Organization, Resource Summary, Site Safety Control and Analysis) and an;
- ICS 214a form, Individual Log.
